Names publish in full. Tick “hide surname” on any angler you need to keep to a first name and initial.

Photos
The draft saves itself when you add photos. Resized automatically; first photo is the cover, crop focus per photo (T/C/B).
Weigh sheets
Optional. Photograph the match weigh sheet to show the whole field without typing every placing. Weigh sheets publish on the public report. If you’ve hidden a surname in the placings above, it still shows on the sheet image, so redact it there before uploading.

Future matches show as pins on the public match finder, filterable by anglers. They appear once your organiser account is verified.
Set the pin by clicking or dragging on the map, or type exact coordinates above (keyboard-friendly). The postcode search fills them for you.

A token lets something other than the app file results here as this organiser: your own script, or a phone you would rather not sign in on. The app itself needs none of this, because signing in there is a code to the same email as this. Copy a token once, and it works until you revoke it here.
