If you want something about you taken off The Frame, this is the route. It covers names in results, photographs, and write-up mentions.
Anyone named or pictured. A parent or guardian, for anyone under 18. An organiser, for its own content (organisers can also just edit or delete their reports directly).
Email theframe@meticstate.co.uk with a link to the page and what you want removed or changed. You do not have to give a reason, though it helps us act faster.
We acknowledge within three working days. Requests about children and photographs are prioritised and are usually actioned within two working days. Where a request needs assessment, we may mask the content while we look at it. We tell you the outcome either way.
If a result is wrong rather than unwanted (a weight, a spelling, a placing), the organiser that filed it can correct it in seconds, so we will usually pass corrections to the organiser. If the organiser does not act, contact us and we will.
We remove content from The Frame itself. Two things sit outside our control: an email digest already delivered stays in the inboxes it reached, and a link shared to Facebook, WhatsApp or similar may keep showing a cached photo and result on that platform until its own cache expires. We can remove the page; we can't recall what has already left.
