Club terms

Effective 15 July 2026. These terms apply to organisers using The Frame to publish match reports: clubs, fisheries, leagues and individuals running matches. Registering an account means accepting them. Contact: theframe@meticstate.co.uk.

Your account

You must be authorised to act for the organiser you register (or be registering as yourself), and be 18 or over. Keep your password to the people who need it; anything published from your account is the organiser's responsibility. New accounts are verified by us before their reports appear on the shared pages.

Your content

Match reports, photographs and write-ups remain the organiser's. By publishing on The Frame you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute them: on the report's public page, the organiser's page, embeds, the weekly round-up and the email digest, and in links shared to social platforms. You can edit or delete your reports at any time and can export everything you have filed.

Your responsibilities

• Results are accurate to the best of the organiser's knowledge.
• The organiser is entitled to name the anglers it names. Tell the anglers involved that results are published on The Frame.
• The junior consent box is ticked only when the organiser genuinely holds consent from a parent or guardian to publish that junior's full name.
• People in photographs have agreed to their use, and photographs of children have a parent or guardian's agreement.
• Nothing unlawful, defamatory or abusive.

Our role

We provide the platform and compile the weekly round-up automatically from what organisers publish. We do not alter results. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law, suspend accounts that do, and refuse or revoke verification. We handle removal requests from individuals as described in the privacy notice and may mask or remove content while a request is assessed.

The service

The Frame is provided free and as-is. We aim for it to be reliable but do not guarantee availability, and we may change or withdraw features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

If these terms change materially we notify the contact email on each organiser account before the change takes effect.
